In Minecraft there are uncraftable books you can find around you world. You can add enchantments to weapons and armor to either make it better or worse. An example of a bad enchantment is Curse Of Binding. Curse Of Binding is an enchantment you can add to armor to make so when you put on the equiptment it will not come of. The only way for the armor with the bad enchantment to come off is to die. An example of a good enchantment is Sharpness. Sharpness adds more attack power to your chosen weapon. Lets say a player with no armor takes 7 hearts of damage from a normal diamond sword. With Sharpness 1 it will do 8. There are 5 levels of Sharpness. The higher the level, the more the damage.
